Videocon launches new budget Smartphone :Infinium Z40 Quad

The market segment of budget Smartphone is becoming very competitive with each passing day. Almost every notable Smartphone manufacturer is coming out with devices that are low on price but has decent features and performance. Now, Indian electronics manufacturer Videocon has decided to enter the segment with the new ‘Infinium Z40 Quad’ Smartphone.

Going by the trend of offering more for less, ‘Infinium Z40 Quad’ will be powered with come with latest Android OS 4.4.2 KitKat and a 4-inch IPS WVGA screen. The display offers a 480×800 pixels resolution. For performance, the device has been fitted with a quad-core processor of 1.3Ghz capacity and 512MB RAM.

The Smartphone also comes with a 5 MP primary camera on the rear that has features like with autofocus and LED flash. For selfies or video chat you can use the 3.2 MP front camera. The device also has impressive storage as it offers an internal 4GB space for storage space. The storage space can be expanded up to 32GB with the help of a microSD card. Like the other devices in the segment, the ‘Infinium Z40 Quad’ has standard connectivity features like Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth 3.0, FM Radio and GPS. The phone will run on a 1400mAh battery.
