Honda launches the affordable Dream CD 110

Honda Motors Company’s Indian subsidiary HMSI (Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India, Private Limited) has been operating in India since 1999. Their latest offering to the Indian customers is the ‘Dream CD 110’ motorcycle which is set to become the most affordable Honda in the Indian market. The bike was developed to fulfill the daily commuting and practical needs of the Indian customer.

The new Honda motorcycle has an extended wheelbase of 1258 mm and 179 mm of ground clearance. The long seat of the motorcycle also allows two people to sit comfortably. The styling of the bike has mostly been inspired by the Dream Neo model. However, there are some new additions like new body graphics, tubeless tires with silver alloy wheels, viscous air filter and maintenance free battery.

Powering the new Honda bike is an 110cc motor that can produce a maximum 8.3 PS of power and torque of 8.63 Nm . Honda has also put the HET (Honda Eco Technology) into the Dream CD 110 so that it can deliver better fuel efficiency, which is claimed to be 74 km/liter. The motorcycle will only be available in only variant and has kick-start option and rear drum brakes for safety purposes.
