The plot on which Antila stands was bought by Mr. Ambani in a auction for 215 million rupees. It belonged to a muslim Charitable Trust who run an Orphanage in another place. These people have accepted the fact that the money paid by Ambani is much less than its actual market price. However, since it was bought in an auction this allegation has been silenced. This building also stands on the criticizing points of many other people. Some people have said that it is just another show of wealth by a rich man in a country where millions hardly have a roof over their heads.
